• SDA: Pi Pico Pin 1 (GP0) → Console Pin 26 (Pin 3 on Series S/X)
• SCL: Pi Pico Pin 2 (GP1) → Console Pin 25 (Pin 1 on Series S/X)
• GND: Pi Pico GND → Xbox GND

Main Commands

• post - Start POST code monitoring
• version - Display firmware version
• config - Show current configuration
• help - Show all available commands

Settings

• ts - Toggle timestamps on/off
• colors - Toggle serial color output
• rotate - Rotate the display
• mirror - Mirror the display
• save - Save current config to Pico

1. Disconnect the Pico from your computer
2. Hold down the BOOTSEL button on the Pico
3. While holding BOOTSEL, connect the Pico via USB
4. Release the BOOTSEL button
5. The Pico should appear as a USB drive named RPI-RP2

Download the correct .uf2 file below, then drag & drop it onto the RPI-RP2 drive that appears.

You may get a Save As dialog — choose the RPI-RP2 drive if prompted.

• durango_post_monitor.uf2
• durango_post_monitor_pico2.uf2

Use durango_post_monitor.uf2 for Raspberry Pi Pico (RP2040).
Use durango_post_monitor_pico2.uf2 for Raspberry Pi Pico 2 (RP2350).
